Out of our love for this grape variety, we created a wine of great elegance that bursts with notes of tropical fruits, typical of new world wines.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Fruity, with elegant notes of mature peach, sage red pepper and geranium.

味道

Very good balance between smoothness and freshness . Intense and persistent with notable harmony and fineness.

Pairing

Formidable with hot and cold fish starters including steamed fish, tartare, fish carpaccio and oysters. Perfect with sushi and sashimi. It goes well with any fish and shellfish first and second course.
