Obtained from the selection of grapes from plants grafted with a century-old plant clone from the vineyard in the district of Tognano, about thirty years old.

顏色

Bright straw yellow with gold reflections.

香氣/花束

It exhibits a very refined olfactory presence defined by an evident and authentic mineral and sulphurous stamp followed by white mulberry, thyme, sage, lime, hazelnut, cedar, lemon zest, papaya, white pepper, ginger and delicate floral notes.
