Altitude: 300 m. a.s.l. Exposure: South-East. A variable vintage with generally average temperatures. Short, intense rainfall occurred mainly in June. The veraison started regularly at the beginning of August, grape ripeness occurred between late August and early September. |

Clay, silt and limestone, little skeleton, and poor in organic substance. This cru lies on the large valley of the Arbia river, in the southernmost part of the estate. The very particular and complex soil originates from an ancient fluvial terrace dating back to the Pliocene-Pleistocene. |

By hand, the 12th of October from the CeniPrimo vineyard. |
釀造 |
The grapes are destemmed and transferred by gravity into 100-hl stainless steel conical tanks and then inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentation temperature at 24-27°C with daily punching-down. Length of fermentation and maceration on skins of about 14-16 days. |
陳年 |
22 months in 500-l tonneaux, of which 30% new and 70% of second passage. |
