Vibrant floral notes of violets followed by fruity notes of black cherry and red berries.

味道

Fruity aromas and a sweet spiciness return followed by herbaceous and earthy notes. Primofiore is soft, fresh, tasty, medium-bodied and well-balanced.

Pairing

Ideal with a meatloaf with a side of Brussels sprouts or with Venetian-style liver. It is also a good pairing with vegetable soups, tripe and pasta dishes with meat sauces.
