A ruby red of good intensity tending towards garnet. Elegant in aroma with raspberries, roses and liquorice notes, full and balanced in flavour with a long aftertaste. The Nebbiolo Occhetti is a round and elegant wine perfect with meals.

土地的組成	Sandy soils of little depth stratified with layers of gravel and of clayey sands.
收成	Between the 1st and 5th of October.
發酵溫度	29 °C
釀造	Once in the wine factory, the grapes are destemmed and pressed and the skin contact lasts ten days at a maximum temperature of 29°C. The malolactic fermentation terminates before winter.
陳年	Ageing takes place for 12 months partly in 70-hectoliter oak casks and partly in third-passage barriques. The wine is aged for further four months in the bottle before marketing.

Alfredo Prunotto一個著名的葡萄酒製造商誰工作了的時候最負盛名的釀酒廠，接管了1923年，Cantina的SOCIALE“VINI阿爾朗格”（朗格地區合作的葡萄酒）成立於阿爾巴於1904年的，之後第一第一次世界大戰，跌倒了困難時期。由於阿爾弗雷多和他的妻子的極大熱情，在Prunotto酒廠很快名聲大振，在世界各地出口的葡萄酒。 1956年Prunotto從企業退休，本公司所售酒機和朋友的Beppe科拉誰，連同卡羅Filiberti後來又與弟弟蒂諾科拉，在管理與阿爾弗雷多的同樣的愛酒...
