A wine that, as they say in Sicily, "Ciaurìa" of Etna. A wine that impresses with its disarming simplicity, but not trivial. A magic that is consumed only when you meet an extraordinary vine with a unique territory.

Just transparent ruby.

The nose is tinged with aromas of crunchy and juicy cherries, tamarind, bergamot and thyme.

味道

The taste is characterized by a contained structure, fine tannin and good freshness that remains until closing.

Pairing

Ciaurìa is accompanied by earthen dishes, of all seasons, typical of Etna, and with a careful serving temperature, even to some fish dishes.
