||After a short period of maceration, the must is separated from the skins, which are gently pressed. The must is stored at very low temperatures to prevent fermentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for about 2 months then wine is cooled down and filtered before bottling.
||While dessert is Moscato's forte, cheese courses, charcuterie or antipasto plates can be perfect pairings. Its versatility and the lower alcohol make it an ideal aperitif candidate.
