A wine obtained from Nebbiolo from prestigious vineyards located in the villages of Rocche and Munie.

釀造	After a soft pressing, the grapes undergo a long maceration. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without using sulphites, with careful control of maceration time and temperature.
