Palmer Champagne Brut Reserve

The gustative qualities of The Brut Cuvée depend not only on grape varieties coming from 40 different crus. Elaborated from a reference grape harvest (the main note), this accurate assemblage always includes an important part of Reserve Wines (until five years) which give and offer a rare plenitude and maturity.

	Perlage The ring of beads is abundant and persistent.
	顏色 Bright straw-yellow color.
	香氣/花束 The nose, amazingly clean, is expressed through a rich palette of aromas, including citrus, pear and apricot with some subtle notes of hazelnut and a discreet touch of buttery brioche.
	味道 Succulent and substantial to the palate, yet with an unfettered freshness, this wine is eminently seductive: a model of perfect balance.

Pairing

This wine is excellent for any aperitif and can be served for any occasion. It may also goes well with a beautiful fish dish and its creamy sauce or a wing of guinea fowl with mushrooms.
