釀造	Upon arrival in the winery, the grapes are immediately and carefully pressed using a pneumatic press. 80% of grapes are crushed, and 20% of them are destemmed.
陳年	15 months, of which 5 months in stainless steel. The wine ages 66% in oak barrels, of which 13%, 33% in stainless steel.
