Delicate hints of red fruit, cherries, blackberries and small fruits, accompanied by a scent of tobacco, toasted and delicate notes of vanilla, followed by retronasal sensations of cherry jam.

The taste is very concentrated, soft and harmonious, showing an evolved and elegant tannic component. The entry into the mouth is ample and satisfying, with thick and sweet tannins, with a long and persistent finish.

陳年	The wine enriched with its extractive component is thus ready for the subsequent evolution in wood (French wood barrels for 9 months) and steel tank where it stops for bottling and long refinement in stacks.
