Location	The hills of Vinci, Cerreto Guidi and surrounding towns (Florence).
氣候	Altitude: 40-130 m. a.s.l.

系統	Mainly Guyot, but also spurred cordon. The oldest vines are Guyot modified.
收成	From the 20th of September to the 10th of October.
發酵溫度	27-28 °C
發酵期	About 10-12 days.
釀造	The ripe grapes are left in their skins for around 10-12 days. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 27-28°C.
陳年	After being removed from the skins, the wine is stored in stainless steel to complete its malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French and American oak barriques for 10 months.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
