Location	The vineyards in the Montalcino area.

土地的組成	The Montalcino hills have numerous soil profiles, as they formed in various geological eras, but they are primarily a shell-rich clay mix.
系統	Mainly spurred cordon, but some use of Guyot.
收成	From the 5th September to the 5th October.
釀造	The grapes are picked by hand. Red wine vinification, with maceration of the skins for 20-25 days, at controlled temperatures of up to 24 °C.
陳年	For at least 30 months, in 50hl Slavonian oak barrels. The wine is left to rest in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
