收成	By hand, with small crates. The must is obtained from the natural pressing of the grapes at zero pressure, also known as autopressurage.
發酵溫度	17-19 °C
生產技術	Pure controlled fermentation at 17-19°C with native yeasts to maintain the flavour and aromas of Franciacorta.
釀造	In stainless steel tanks. During March and April, the wine is bottled for fermentation. The bottles are stacked in ageing rooms at a controlled temperature of 12-14°C for at least 54 months.
