	顏色 Straw yellow with nuances tending towards light golden.
	香氣/花束 Rich and generous, mineral, with an olfactory texture that then moves towards notes of fruit - even dried - and references to yeasts and bread crust.
	味道 It has a very respectable entrance, with a characteristic citrus taste enriched by a savoury, fresh and fasciante verve. It closes with a finish with excellent persistence.
