Deep, bright ruby red with purple reflections.

Attractive and refined with notes of blackberries and blueberries, jam plums, red pepper, wet earth, juniper, cloves, and cigar tobacco with an elegant balsamic finish.

味道

Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, satisfying with a vibrant tannic texture. The glyceric component gives depth to the body and volume to the taste; perfect consistency in the olfactory returns that close with a refined and interminable balsamic finish.

Pairing

It pairs well with roast lamb, grilled meats, lamb chops, and pasta dishes with meat sauce.
