A broad, intense, fine and persistent bouquet with notes ranging from small red fruits to an elegant hint of toasted wood.

On the palate this wine is soft and velvety with excellent concentration and persistence, it maintains a good drinkability characteristic of Valpolicella, while presenting intense fruity and spicy scents with an undertone of chocolate.

Pairing

This wine is excellent with savoury first courses, such as risotto with mushrooms. It is also ideal with meat dishes such as grilled meats, roasts and game. It is also excellent with salami and medium-aged cheeses.

收成 The grapes are harvested strictly by hand in small plastic crates and transported as quickly as possible to the winemaking cellar.

陳年 After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place, followed by a careful selection of the best batches. Finally, the wine is aged for about 36-48 months in medium-sized and large barrels. After bottling, the wine rests further for at least 6 months in temperature-controlled environments.
