Here we try to give the indigenous grapes the authentic quintessence of Lamolese: transparency of colour, finesse and floral aromas, delicacy of touch. It is a red wine in which the place of birth exudes purity, inspired clarity and sobriety.

Typical aroma of small red fruits, on the palate it has a medium structure with delicate notes of red fruits.

Pairing

This is a splendid red wine for accompanying the most authentic Tuscan cuisine: pappa al pomodoro and gnudi with ricotta and vegetables, but also, served chilled, with platters of rustic and seasoned cured meats, carpaccio and raw meat tartare, testaroli with basil pesto or cacciucco.
