Fenocchio's Barolo 'Bussia' is a full-bodied and intense wine, warm and harmonious, born in the prestigious Bussia vineyard. It is vinified in steel and aged for 30 months in large casks. Notes of flowers, fruit and sweet spices in an elegant and structured texture.

Bright, clear garnet.

香氣/花束

Enveloping and robust, with tones of juniper bark, rose infusion, blackberry and clove.

味道

Fresh, always taut, with firm tannins, iron mineral hints and a long finish with surprising floral returns.

Pairing

It pairs well with meat dishes, game and aged cheeses typical of local cuisine. Moreover, it pairs well with rich international dishes.

釀造	Traditional long maceration method. Natural fermentation without adding yeasts for about 40 days in stainless steel tanks.
陳年	6 months in stainless steel tanks, 30 months in large capacity Slavonian oak casks (35-50 hl) with a following ageing in the bottle.
