Pronounce on intense aromas of red berries (blackberries and blueberries), spices and small wild flowers, with a clear trace mineral.

味道

Develops great freshness and good balance. Round and full, well blended tannins, relax wrapping the palate with fruity and juicy. Closes long and harmonious.

Pairing

This Sgarzon accompanies wonderfully seconds of red meat, grilled or braised meats, pasta dishes made with tomato sauce and mature cheeses. Excellent with tagliatelle with ragu of chinghiale.
