A Classic Method wine expressing its characteristic mineral quality with an extraordinary elegance.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	顏色 White gold in colour.
	香氣/花束 A floral and fruity aroma of pumpkin flowers, citrus fruits and mango blends with the contrasting chalky vibes of Greco grapes, that progressively overlap conveying an austere and elegant result.
	味道 The palate is hit by the tactile verticality of the perlage and the taste-scent persistence.

Pairing

Perfect complement to raw sea food, sea truffle risotto or fried baccalà (dried and salted cod) served on a layer of chickpeas.
