Sicily is a region where many verieties give their best with Cabernet acquiring an absolutely unique personality.

Deep ruby red.

香氣/花束

On the nose it is intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas that starts with hints of plum, black currant and black cherry followed by violet, blueberry, vanilla, tobacco, chocolate and eucalyptus.

味道

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack that is balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, with a pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, currant and black cherry.

Pairing

Served with red meat like goat and lamb or also with mushrooms.
