釀造	Fermentation with temperature-controlled maceration at 24-28°C with daily pumping-over and délestage. After alcoholic fermentation, post-fermentation maceration is carried out at 29°C.
陳年	The wine, still with a good presence of fine lees, is transferred to French oak where it will remain for a minimum of 18 months.
