收成	Soft stalk-stripping. The grapes are left to dry on the plant and the harvest starts 1 months later.
釀造	Fermentation in the cellar takes place in barriques for 30 days followed by 18 months maturation in the same oak.
陳年	At the end of the ageing process, our team of winemakers taste the wine contained in each barrique in order to select only the best nectar that will go into this special bottles.
