Barolo born from Domenico's irrepressible desire to try his hand at new adventures, the wild aeroplane, as he used to be called by his father, in 2006 chose to leave the commune of Monforte and try his hand at a new terroir: Serralunga d'Alba.

Deflashes with aromas of potpourri, cocoa powder, plum and currant jam, damp earth, iron and balsamic touches enhanced by a sweet spicy mantle.

Mouth in balance thanks to the fleshy texture opposed to the dense tannic weave and the unfailing savouriness. Long and warm persistence.
