歷史	The name 'Clos de l'Ecru' dates back to the Middle Ages. 'Clos' referred to the sums owed to the Dukes of Burgundy.
Location	Nuits-Saint-Georges.

收成	The 29th of August.
釀造	The grapes are selected by hand. After a 19-day vatting period, alcoholic fermentation is complete. The marc is slowly and gently pressed to extract an exceptionally pure wine.
陳年	14 months in French oak barrels (1/3 are new barrels). The wine is left to age in the company's cellars.
