Domaine Chevillon-Chezeaux Nuit St. Georges 1er Cru Les Bousselots 2015

"Les Bousselots" has a sustained colour. In its youth, it is fairly austere, but over time the aromas diversify, evolving towards fresh leather and animal notes with fine balsamic and liquorice scents. A deep red colour, full-bodied in the mouth with flavours of summer fruits such as black cherry. Can be kept for 5 to 10 years, 20 years for those who can wait.

顏色

To the eye, a richly-coloured crimson wine that turns a deeper ruby colour with age, all the way to dark purple.

香氣/花束

To the nose, the bouquet opens to small red and black fruits (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry) followed by cooked prune with spicy, animal, woody, moss and mushroom touches.

味道

Very lively in the mouth, structured, supple and rounded. Volume, fullness, in one word: full-bodied. Elegant and fine personality, fluid and light structure in the mouth. Drink young.

Pairing

Game terrine, roast duck, duck fillet, roast veal en croûte, rib of beef, boeuf bourguignon, Epoisses, Livarot, Pont l'Evêque.
