Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta Soul Satèn 2015
Soul identifies a year characterized by high average temperatures that resulted in an immediate, and therefore ideal transition from the fruit to the closure of the bunch. The grapes had an excellent sugar / acidity and the wines have been shown excellent alcoholic strength with limited sugar residues, good values of pH and acidity, good structure, variegated perfumes and scents, intense and very delicate.
