Intense bouquet with notes of cherry jam, black cherry, blackberry, juniper, china, cocoa, graphite, dark spices, leather, tobacco together with mineral and balsamic tones.

味道

In the mouth the wine is full, enveloping, juicy with a very fine tannic texture and the return of fruity and spicy hints in a long and persistent finish.

Pairing

It goes well with roasted meats, game and aged cheeses.

氣候	Altitude.: 340 m. a.s.l. Exposure: Southeast.

發酵溫度	30 °C
釀造	Fermentation at 30 °C with a floating cap and frequent pumping "delestages", and maceration for over 40 days in 150 hl vats. Malolactic fermentation: during maceration with skins.
陳年	12 months in wooden barrels "sur lies" and then 6 months in tank. Bottle ageing: over 15 months.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
