Location Radda in Chianti (Siena).
氣候 Altitude: 400 m. a.s.l. Exposure: South.
土地的組成 Clayey-limestone and rich in texture.
釀造 The alcoholic fermentation takes place in 50 hl stainless steel vats with maceration on the skins for about 4 weeks. The malolactic fermentation takes place entirely in new 5-hl barrels on the lees for about 5 months.
陳年 The ageing process continues in the same barrels for 20 months. The ageing in the bottle lasts at least 12 months before marketing.
