Cà Maiol L.A.B. Lugana Riserva 2019
The 'Lugana Fabio Contato' is named after the eldest son of the founder Walter Contato and is intended to represent the best quality expression of the estate. The grapes come from the oldest vines of the various estate vineyards, harvested by hand and with partly very low yields. Vinification and maturation occur partly in French oak barriques and tonneaux, mostly new, and partly in steel for over a year, to which at least 6 months of bottle ageing must be added. A wine of limited production, the result of many years of experience, which aims to highlight all the potential of Lugana in proposing wines of great structure, concentration and ageing capacity.
