Majestic and exuberant, this superb Amarone Riserva has been inspired by the family historical stallion, a combination of grace and aggressive power. Campo del Titari is a nectar made only in the very best vintages and is born from the specific qualities of the Brunellis’ production techniques.

Its intense and charming bouquet reveal notes of cherries, raspberries and redcurrants, mingling with hints of vanilla, cocoa beans and sweet aromatic tobacco.

味道

This wine unleashes a powerful and robust structure on the palate that accompanies an elegant acidity. The tannin is well present but perfectly integrated. The finish is very persistent and confirms the sensations perceived on the nose.

Pairing

An excellent wine for enjoying on its own or as an ideal accompaniment for grilled or stewed red meats, steak with green peppercorns, game or mature cheeses.

收成	Only the healthiest bunches are selected and picked by hand and then they are laid out in shallow crates and placed in the drying lofts for the drying process. After 120 days and a further strict selection, the grape loses around 40% of their initial weight.
釀造	The fermentation takes place very slowly because of the low temperatures and it lasts around 40 days.
陳年	In Allier oak barriques for 48 months. At the end of this period, the Riserva is bottled and left to rest for 12 months prior to being released.
