Braida Barbera d'Asti Bricco dell'Uccellone 2020

This wine is so called because once upon a time, in the house next door, lived an old lady always dressed in black, who was nicknamed 'l'uselun', i.e the big bird.

顏色

Deep ruby red with garnet reflections.

香氣/花束

Rich and complex, with considerable concentration and depth. The hints of red and small fruits are particularly noticeable, with some minty spices, vanilla and liquorice in the background.

味道

Generous flavour, full-bodied and remarkably structured. It is a perfect blend of the characteristics of the grape variety and the contribution of wood, in a combination of incredible softness and great class, with a very long aromatic persistence.

Pairing

It accompanies important meat dishes and roasts. It also pairs with sauces and aged cheeses.
