Begali Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Monte Ca' Bianca Riserva 2017
Amarone comes from the drying of the grapes harvested in stalls and set aside after a first careful selection of the best bunches, the most mature and above all with just a few grapes and a second one in the drying room where the ripeness, integrity and state of health are checked. The grapes are left to dry before being pressed.
