On the nose, the known characteristics of cherry and pepper are enhanced in this fresh type of Valpolicella, followed by subtle notes of officinal herbs.

味道

On the palate it is dry and balanced. The traditional acid vein finds the right contrast in the softness of the fruit, giving the wine a slender and gritty profile.
