Location Vineyard Colonnello, Village of Bussia, Town of Monforte d'Alba (Cuneo).
土地的組成 Calcareous marl alternating with layers of sand.
收成 By hand, in mid-October, with grapes selection in the vineyard.
發酵溫度 Variables with peaks of 32 °C.
釀造 In red with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks.
陳年 The new wine is racked several times before being put into large Slavonian oak barrels, where it ages for 28 months.
Sulphites Contains sulphites
