In a country where already 7000 years ago Grapes were grown, at an average altitude of 660 meters, with a balanced climate between the northern and cold air of the Caucasus and the Black Sea warm currents, born Schuchmann Wines. Two red wines of great depth: the first vinified in stainless steel, nell'appellazione Kindzmarauli with aromas of red berries and rose petals, and the second, from vines 50 years, fermented in clay amphorae of Cachetia south of the Caucasus chain greater. Fermented for 6 months in amphorae, the wine continues its aging in wooden barrels for another 18 months before being bottled. Two great local wines from the region from which the wine was born.
