Mandrarossa (Settesoli)

In the stretch of Sicilian coast facing the Mediterranean, furrowed by the soft, sunny hills between the temples of Agrigento and Selinunte, the vine cult has been handed down since the times of Magna Graecia. Here the mildness of the climate, the generosity of the soil and the care of man have created the Mandrarossa vineyards.
Mandrarossa is part of the Cantine Settesoli vineyards that have united more than 2,300 winegrowers for 50 years to work on 6,000 hectares of vineyards as if they were on a single property. Cantine Settesoli, alongside the traditional indigenous grape varieties, such as Grecanico and Nero d'Avola, has magnificently acclimatised international grape varieties, such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
