Val di Suga Brunello di Montalcino 2018

This wine is obtained from Sangiovese Grosso grapes from the three vineyards the winery has in the three historical areas of Montalcino (north, southeast and southwest), which are characterised by different soil and climatic conditions.

颜色

Deep ruby red with garnet reflections.

香气/花束

Its rich, complex nose opens up immediately. Initially dark cherry, chinotto orange and violet. It then opens up to broader, more complex notes of blueberry, vanilla, tobacco, cinnamon and chocolate with a menthol finish.

味道

The wine is fresh, silky and elegant in the mouth, with a precise tannic structure. The finish is very persistent, with a pleasant aftertaste of cherry and chocolate.

Pairing

Ideal with game, roast and grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses.

Location	From the company's vineyards in the three historical areas of the Montalcino appellation (Siena).
收成	Grapes from the three zones are harvested and fermented separately and blended only at the end of ageing.
发酵温度	25–27 °C
酿造	It ferments at a temperature of 25-27°C. The wine is left to macerate on the skins for 20 - 25 days after alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 25°C to have a better tannic structure.
陈年	In 50-hl Slavonian oak casks for 36 months. It then follows 12 months of bottle ageing.
