Location Castelnuovo dell'Abate (Siena). The company's vineyard is situated south-east of Montalcino in the area under the Castle of Velona in front of Mount Amiata.
气候 Altitude: 240 m. a.s.l. Exposure: South-West.

酿造 Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in non-vitrified concrete vats with 15-20 days of maceration.
