A walk through the company's vineyards shows the specialities of La Grange: a forest of shrubs, the Garrigue, borders the vineyard and thus creates a balanced biosphere. The air is rich with the scent of rosemary and thyme, and in spring, the flowering broom casts its warm yellow glow over the vines.
This place has a warm Mediterranean climate and a constant cool, clear breeze from the neighbouring Cévennes. These features help to keep the grapes healthy.
The company works passionately to produce great wines, supported by Jean Natoli, one of the great Mediterranean oenologists. Together with him and his partner Gwenael Thomas, the company has conducted precise analyses of each batch, evaluated the results and planned the process down to the last detail. Now each variety grows in the perfect position.
