The name "Col Del Sas" originates from the production hill located in the town of Valdobbiadene. Today, this wine is produced according to the positive characteristics of the company's various vineyards located throughout the Prosecco Doc area, thus gathering in a single product all the organoleptic properties of the various zones. The blending of grapes and the blending of the wines makes it possible to achieve singular levels of refinement and harmony.
