Cuvée 161 is the ultimate expression of Sella & Mosca's Torbato wine, the one in which the character of this ancient grape blends with the uniqueness of the thousand-year-old soils of marine origin and the contemporary vision of the winery. A long period of ageing on the lees, combined with a small portion fermented in barriques, results in a structured and complex wine.

Captivating notes of Mediterranean scrub, thistle and medicinal herbs.

味道

Fresh flowers and ripe fruit embrace the palate, combined with a barely perceptible hint of spice and marked mineral tones. Soft in the opening, tasty and almost salty in its reminiscence of the sea with acidic energy.
