酿造 The selected grapes are destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasts about 10 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Malolactic fermentation terminates before the end of the winter.

Alfredo Prunotto一个著名的葡萄酒制造商谁工作了的时候最负盛名的酿酒厂，接管了1923年，Cantina的SOCIALE“VINI阿尔朗格”（朗格地区合作的葡萄酒）成立于阿尔巴于1904年的，之后第一第一次世界大战，跌倒了困难时期。由于阿尔弗雷多和他的妻子的极大热情，在Prunotto酒厂很快名声大振，在世界各地出口的葡萄酒。 1956年Prunotto从企业退休，本公司所售酒机和朋友的Beppe科拉谁，连同卡罗Filiberti后来又与弟弟蒂诺科拉，在管理与阿尔弗雷多的同样的爱酒...
