颜色

Purple-red ruby with great depth.

香气/花束

Dense bouquet of wild berries, blackberry and plum, with subtle floral notes (rose) and plant (leaf tea), enhanced by memories of licorice, graphite and wild.

味道

Imposing, elegant, austere, supported by smooth tannins and a vibrant vein-mineral acid. Final ending in perfect correspondence with the smell.

Pairing

Roasts and meat sauce, braised meats, game birds and fur and big cheeses.
