This Barolo has a special value for the winery and represents the history and tradition of blending different crus of Barolo. This Barolo comes from the best plots of seven crus. The diversity of soils, exposure and altitude characterises each of these small but very important terroirs. Combining these diversities, Barolo offers harmony and complexity with an overall character of the area.

酿造	Separate vinification. Grapes undergo destemming and soft crushing. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature and indigenous yeasts. Then, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Tartaric stabilisation occurs naturally during the winter at low temperatures.
陈年	Each plot of the Crus is kept separate and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months and a further 12 months in large barrels. The final blend occurs following further selection in the cellar of the best plots from the harvest. Finally, it ages about one year in stainless steel and 10 months in the bottle before being marketed.
