Marsannay "La Montagne" of the Domaine Olivier Guyot is produced with the oldest vines of the Domaine, with an age of around 80-90 years. The Montagne is an area of great prestige of appeal, located on the highest part of the Marsannay hill facing the south.

Powerful nose with fruity aromas, with hints of raspberries and black cherries, delicate tertiary, toasted and boisé notes.

味道

On the palate expresses its fascinating complexity. It is ample, seductive with ripe tannins and good freshness. Persistent finish.

At the table it is perfect to accompany main courses of red meat, especially grilled or roasted. Excellent also with feathered game.
