Jean Valentin Champagne Brut Millesimé 2014
The vineyard of the Valentin family is located near Sacy, about ten kilometers from the city of coronations. A blend of three grape varieties from Champagne (85% black, 50% sucker) from 2007 to 2005 is at the origin of this brut Tradition with a fine and flattering nose of white flowers and apple, aromas that are found on the palate, with notes of yellow fruits.
