This wine is excellent with first courses with meat sauces, roasted meat, feathered and furred game, aged cheeses, typical dishes from Puglia.

Bright ruby red with red rim garnet.

Intense aroma, marked hints of walnut, almond and pine seed which are matched with spicy hints of black pepper, cloves, cumin and dill.

Fully complex, balanced structure with fine-grained tannins that expresses all the peculiarity of this wine, giving a warm and well-orchestrated flavour.
