||Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (15°C) in stainless steel tanks. A small part of the must is fermented in French oak barriques.
||The draught is made the following spring, and the bottles remain in aging for a minimum of 80 months. During the disgorging phase, only topping up with the same wine is carried out.
||Excellent as an aperitif, excellent throughout the meal with fish dishes.
